The Season ultimately ended in disappointing fashion with defeat on the final day.
After taking time to reflect, the reality is that our promotion perhaps came a little earlier than expected, and the financial demands of remaining at that level may have proven too great at this stage of the club’s development.

However, should we achieve promotion again this season, we will be in a far stronger position. Ground improvements will have been completed, and with new sponsors and additional revenue streams in place, the club will be better prepared for the challenges ahead.
We enter the new season with a positive and ambitious outlook, fully believing that we can be highly competitve.
It is always difficult to see players move on while welcoming new faces, but that is part of football.
I would like to wish all those leaving the football club every success in the next stage of their footballing journey. I would also like to thank everyone for their tremendous efforts both on and off the pitch throughout last season. It was an emotional campaign, with more lows than highs at times, but it is the highs that continue to drive everyone associated with the club moving forward.
A warm weclome also goes out to all new faces joining us, both on and off the pitch. Mick and Paddy have worked tirelessly over recent weeks to strengthen the club in preparation for the season ahead.
Now it is time to look forward with confidence, enjoy the journey, and work together towards a successful season.
