Mattie Thompson is a UEFA  B–qualified coach and the newest member of the management team, Mattie has recently joined the club as joint first-team manager at Blyth Town  FC, he will be working alongside Gavin and the management team. Previously a key figure at Crook Town, where he earned plenty of respect across the Ebac Northern League for his thorough approach and 100% commitment to the cause, these attributes where there for everyone to see when Mattie lead his Crook team on great runs both in the FA  Cup and FA Vase. At Blyth Town, Mattie will bring valuable experience, he is known for his direct communication style, and a clear passion for helping the team develop and perform well.
